Hi everyone, It’s Jose. This is my first time doing a solo post on here, and I just want to say that this is a great diet, not just for women, but for men as well. I get all the vitamins from the fruits and vegetables I eat and all the protein from the meats I eat. I feel lighter after meals and have more energy in the gym, and I’ve seen improvement in my body. I highly recommend this diet of you are trying to lose fat and start a healthy lifestyle. It may be hard at times, but just have that determination and self pride, and you will not fail.
Tonight’s dinner was delicious, and it was also the first time we tried kale. My wife has been reading about it on different blogs, and at first I was skeptical about it. But, as it turns out, it is really tasty, similar to collard greens. The sweet potatoes were on point, and the turkey breast was amazing. We topped it off with green juice to make it a wonderful and delicious dinner.
